This policy applies to mediccn.com, operated by Applied AI Labs Ltd (“MedicCN”). It explains what we collect when you contact us, open an account, or use our coordination and chat services — and the choices you have. Questions at any time: care@mediccn.com.
Information we collect
Information you give us: your name, email, phone, travel details, and any medical records or history you choose to share through our contact form, coordination requests, or live chat. Account information: your email address and authentication credentials. Correspondence: the messages exchanged with our team.
Technical data and analytics
Like most websites, we log basic technical data such as browser, device type, and pages visited. If web analytics is enabled, it runs in aggregate and is used only to improve the site. We do not sell personal information or use it for third-party advertising.
How we use information
To answer your inquiries; to coordinate your care logistics (translating records, liaising with a hospital's international-patient office, scheduling, accommodation, and transfers); to operate your account; and to communicate with you about services you have asked for.
Who we share it with
The hospitals and their international-patient offices involved in your coordination — only the information needed for your care logistics, and with your knowledge. Contracted service providers acting on our instructions (hosting, email delivery, payment processing, and live-chat infrastructure). And disclosures where the law requires.
Payments
Card payments are processed by our payment service provider. We never receive or store your full card details.
Retention and your rights
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as law requires. You can request access, correction, export, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing care@mediccn.com. Account holders can also export their data from account settings.
International transfers
MedicCN operates from China, and our service providers may process data in other countries. We use them only where appropriate safeguards are in place.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the new version is posted on this page with an updated date.
