Plan follow-up before you travel

Our role is coordination. Clinical follow-up is provided by the treating team or another clinician who agrees to take over your care. Discuss these arrangements before deciding on treatment abroad.

Before leaving the hospital

Ask the treating team for its review schedule, clinical contact, instructions for concerns and travel guidance. Clarify which appointments require returning to China and whether remote clinical follow-up is available for your case.

Records for your clinician at home

Confirm how to obtain the treatment summary, relevant results, medicines and any implant details. Ask what is available in English, whether translation has a separate cost and how records can be shared with the clinician you choose.

Coordination after your visit

Contact us by email or WhatsApp about coordination needs; our reply commitment is within 24 hours, including weekends. Confirm any ongoing service scope, duration and charges in your written plan. This is not a promise of round-the-clock clinical monitoring or guaranteed care in your home country.

Changes, extra costs and urgent concerns

Request case-specific cancellation, rescheduling and refund terms before paying; this page does not establish a refund entitlement. Additional treatment, accommodation or return travel may cost extra. In a medical emergency, use local emergency services; do not wait for a coordinator's reply.

Within 24 hours, we clarify your needs, explain the records and fees, and agree the next step. Hospital estimates and appointments require separate confirmation.
