What MedicCN is
MedicCN is a coordination service. We arrange access to the international-patient services of Chinese hospitals and handle the non-medical logistics around your care. We are not a hospital, clinic, physician, pharmacy, or insurer, and we do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Hospitals and treatment decisions
Hospital information on this site is factual public material and implies no exclusive partnership. The hospital and specialists for your case are confirmed during consultation. Whether and what to treat is always a decision between you and your treating physician — our coordination role never changes that.
Fees and quotes
MedicCN charges a fixed service fee of USD 200–500, plus a medical coordination and accompaniment fee of 10–25% of medical expenses. The fixed fee is not charged per day. Hospital medical expenses are paid separately. Your written quote confirms the fixed amount, included services and the medical-expense basis for the 10–25% fee. The 10–25% fee covers access through our partners’ dedicated channels to help connect you with a medical team suited to your needs, together with professional bilingual accompaniment. The hospital and medical team confirm acceptance, appointments and clinical decisions. We provide the written breakdown before you commit. The rate depends on treatment type and accompaniment level and is confirmed in writing.
Your responsibilities
Give us accurate and complete information; hold valid travel documents and any visas you need; and arrange insurance as you see fit.

Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MedicCN's liability in connection with our coordination services is limited to the fees you paid for the affected service. Clinical decisions and outcomes rest with the treating physicians and institutions, not with MedicCN.

We may update these terms; the current version is always posted on this page with its date.
