If medical expenses were USD 10,000 and the agreed fixed service fee were USD 300, a 10–25% fee would be USD 1,000–2,500. Medical expenses plus MedicCN fees would total USD 11,300–12,800 BEFORE flights, accommodation, meals, insurance and additional agreed services or return visits. What the fees cover
The fixed USD 200–500 service fee includes visa fees, airport and hotel transfers and 24-hour mobile Wi-Fi. The 10–25% medical-expense fee covers partner-channel coordination and professional bilingual accompaniment. The rate depends on treatment type and accompaniment level. Confirm the rate, calculation basis and scope in your written quote.
Dates, follow-up and payment
Assessment, treatment, review and return-travel guidance: hospital confirmation required. Records, clinical contact and follow-up at home: to arrange. Contracting entity, payee, payment dates and cancellation terms: obtain in writing before paying. Unconfirmed costs are not zero.
